First lady Ritter praises local mental-health care
Colorado first lady Jeannie Ritter is traveling the state to understand the mental-health challenges facing each community. In Southwest Colorado, she said she was impressed with what she saw.
"There’s some real leadership here," she said during an interview Thursday in Durango.
